Not what I thought

I thought when the website says "• If you have an IDW iOS app account, all your purchases will be available in the new apps. " and "2. Once you register with the correct email address, all of your previous comic purchases will show in the My Books list on the new IDW family of apps." That I would be able to sync my purchases on the site to this app. In fact, theres a "restore purchases" button. It doesnt work. When I asked support, they just redirected me to the FAQs. Useless.
